The Rowen Foundation is advancing plans to construct the Convergence Center, a dynamic hub for innovation and collaboration on the Rowen campus in Eastern Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Spanning approximately 10,000 to 13,000 square feet, the facility will feature office space, flexible meeting rooms, collaborative work areas, and versatile indoor/outdoor event venues.
As the inaugural building in the emerging Rowen Knowledge Community, the Convergence Center will set the tone for future development. The selected Owner’s Representative firm will play a pivotal role in guiding the project from concept to completion—overseeing all phases including pre-development, design, procurement, construction, and final commissioning and occupancy.
