Rowen Launches New Executive Advisory Council to Advise Its Mission

I’m excited to share a few key updates that will continue to shape Rowen’s vision as we grow. In May, we launched our Executive Advisory Council, a diverse collection of leaders invited to inform the vision of Georgia’s largest knowledge community. In June, we welcomed Ambrish Baisiwala, Chairman and CEO of Portman Holdings, to the board of directors. With over 30 years of global experience in real estate and international business, Ambrish will strengthen our foundation’s strategic direction.

On the business attraction front, interest in Rowen continues to build momentum, focusing on our investments in infrastructure, zoning and site readiness. We are well-positioned for companies seeking speed to market and long-term stability. Check out the media section below to learn more.

As we continue to stay on the road sharing Rowen’s innovative approach, I’d like to call out the recent State of Rowen event, where we were honored to speak to a sold-out crowd of nearly 200 attendees. It was a powerful moment to share our invitation—Rowen is ready and open for business—and to spotlight our incredible partners like Georgia Gwinnett College, Gwinnett Technical College, Gwinnett County and Georgia Power.

Despite global uncertainties, our team remains proactive and prepared. With a strong workforce, low cost of business and a nimble team, Rowen is ready to lean into the future.

Best Regards,
Mason Ailstock
President & CEO
