Rowen December 2024 Construction Update

Rowen’s roads will be County owned and managed. We are coordinating closely with Gwinnett County to complete this transfer process. The County anticipates opening the road to the public in Q1 2025. The Rowen Foundation is encouraged by the ongoing support and enthusiasm from community leaders. We are cultivating a collaborative, inspiring, and accessible living community. With a projected 30+ year build-out, Rowen will continuously evolve to meet the changing needs of research and innovation.  Rowen will have a multigenerational impact on Gwinnett County and beyond.
