Rowen Construction Update: August 23, 2024

Rowen’s new phase 1 road and infrastructure project is scheduled to open to the public by early 2025. A portion of Rowen’s new road will replace a section of Drowning Creek Road, between the intersection with Tanner Road and State Route 316.

Rowen’s phase 1 road and infrastructure project will provide two miles of multi-use paths for use by the public and connect to Gwinnett County’s Eastern Regional Greenway.
