Rowen Construction Update

Clearing has begun at the Rowen site to make way for Rowen’s Phase 1 project that will include two miles of complete streets roads, infrastructure, and multi-use paths. Clearing at the site and erosion control installation will occur over the next several weeks before site grading begins.

The Rowen Foundation will keep the public posted with regular updates on construction activity, upcoming major milestones and any future impacts to roadway access in and around the site.
