Rowen Construction Update

Construction has begun on Rowen’s phase 1 project that will include two miles of complete streets roads, infrastructure, and multi-use paths. 

The first activity at the site will include clearing of the site before site grading activity begins in 2023.

The Rowen Foundation will keep the public posted with regular updates on construction activity, upcoming major milestones and any future impacts to roadway access in and around the site.
